AlcoNCP Launches Online DDGS Collection Booking System

AlcoNCP has introduced a new online booking system for DDGS Protimaize collections, providing customers with a simpler and more convenient way to schedule their collections.
The new system replaces the need for customers to arrange collection bookings through manual communication, allowing registered customers to schedule collections online using their Customer User ID and registered email address.
Improving the Customer Experience
The system has been designed to simplify the collection booking process while improving coordination between customers and AlcoNCP's logistics team.
Once a booking is submitted, the system supports the internal order administration process and enables weighbridge operators to record vehicle arrivals.
This provides improved visibility of planned collections and helps AlcoNCP manage truck movements and loading activities more efficiently.
Developed Through Teamwork
The new system was developed through collaboration between AlcoNCP's Site Logistics, Sales and Distribution, and IT teams.
The project demonstrates how practical digital improvements can simplify everyday business processes, benefiting both customers and employees.
Training has also been provided to the relevant teams to support the implementation and ongoing use of the system.
